2、将芹菜切成大约两厘米的小段,胡萝卜也切成大约两厘米的小段。

3、锅内加水,加几滴油,水开后将胡萝卜倒入,煮大约两分钟。芹菜处理和胡萝卜相同,孀晏弁钾也需大约两分钟,捞出过一下凉水,马上捞出备用,记得不要浸泡,以免营养流失。

5、将处理好的芹菜、花生米、胡萝卜放在一起,加入芝麻油、味精、食盐、几滴醋,喜欢吃懔胴非裳蒜的朋友可以加两头大蒜碎。晾凉,放冰箱以备食用。
