2、需要的主食和辅食就是上面写的 适量的面 少量的水,和面的技巧就是:少量的水,只需要把面滋润一下就可以了,千万不要像包饺子那样和面。看下图;技巧:咱们目的就是让每一点面粉都沾点水,但是水又倒的很少,怎么样才能让每一点面粉都沾点水呢,就是用双手搓,双手捧起面,就想洗手一样的搓,一搓这面就掉下去了,然后再抓起来一把,再搓,就这么来回几次就可以了,由于双手搓,没法照相,所以没有搓的这个图,不好意思。-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (重点提醒:小心手不要被面条机给吃进去了)--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3、和面成功了,下面就是利用电动面条机压面条了。步骤:先不要打开电动面条机,而是先把面倒在面条机的储面盒子里,摆好,再去打开开关。用之前面条机要打扫一下。-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (重点提醒:小心手不要被面条机给吃进去了)--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4、压面条的时候要一步一步的来,要反复的把面来回的压,先弄成厚的,在弄成中等厚的,最后再弄成薄的,这点我承认确实是比较麻烦。好了咱们就开始吧:1、先把控制面皮的薄和厚的开关调节成厚的,逆时针就是厚的,咱们先调节成 厚的,因为刚开始嘛,后面再一步一步的调节成薄的。有2个控制开关,都要调节的,两边最好调节成一样的。2、把面倒进储面盒子里,都把面往出口那里挤。3、最后才去打开开关。-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (重点提醒:小心手不要被面条机给吃进去了)--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

5、刚开始面能压成很碎的,后来经过几次来回的压,就很快就能定型,方法呢就是:压完了,再放上面再来一次,玩了再放上面再来一次。反复的来回几次,就定型了,如果你和的面湿一点,定型的就比较快。-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (重点提醒:小心手不要被面条机给吃进去了)--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

7、那现在面皮薄了,你可以用刀切成面条,也可以用电动面条机上配的那个自动刀来切,看下图。粗的面条 细的面条都可以切出来,把刀调节好了就放进去,如果粗细不合适就调节刀的调节开关,一直调到合适了,就长驱直入,这样面条就出来了。-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (重点提醒:小心手不要被面条机给吃进去了)--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
